However, the purchase of equipment is, rather, the final stage of setting up the production line, and before that you will have to work hard.

To do this, you need to purchase a gas installation with a compressor, special containers, as well as lighting and ventilation equipment and some additional tools. However, such equipment, even in the aggregate, will cost several times cheaper than the line for the production of beverages. The price of a new set for production is unlikely to be higher than 80-100 thousand rubles.
Where, then, the minimum amount of 500 thousand forthe opening of the enterprise? Do not forget that your customers from construction shops are unlikely to come for finished products themselves - the goods need to be transported to the shops. So, you need a van (250-300 thousand rubles b / y). Next, you need to purchase lighting, ventilation and install this equipment. Here's about 100 thousand rubles. And do not forget that we need to have raw materials (resin, foaming agent, etc.) to start the production of penoizol - we will need another 100 tr.
Of course, then we will pay salariesworkers (and there will be two at the first stage), we will add here the costs of renting a room, taxes, transportation and equipment. But the minimum amount necessary for the start of production, will be 500 thousand.
