Recently, I was set on fire with the idea of ​​making the perfect cake out of cookies, I reviewed so many recipes on the Internet, set experiments on myself and my family)) And here it is: the most delicious, simple and useful in composition))

Ingredients:

For "cake layers":

- Cookies with cocoa about 300 g (the most common square cookies without icing and filling).

For cream:

- 250 g of cottage cheese,

- 250 g sour cream,

- 100 g of sugar,

- 1 tbsp. l gelatin granules,

- some water (about 75 ml).

To decorate:

- a little chocolate.

Cooking:

Making the cream: first pour a tablespoon of gelatin into the water and leave to swell for a few minutes. Swollen gelatin shift in a saucepan and set on the minimum fire. Gelatin dissolves very quickly. We filter it right away and set it aside for now.

In a blender, whisk sour cream with cottage cheese and sugar. It should make a soft cream.

Pour the gelatin into the curd and mix well again.

Now prepare the cake:

We collect the cake: put cookies in the form to close the bottom, pour the cream into the cookies. Then lay out another layer of biscuits, pour over the cream again. So we repeat again. Total it turns out 3 layers of cookies and 3 layers of cream.

Cover the form with cling film and put in the fridge for a few hours. I usually do in the evening and leave for the night.

The cream is well impregnated cookies, it becomes soft, like real cakes.

When the cake hardens, the outlines of the cookies will appear on the surface and it is very convenient to cut the cake into portions — cakes. By the way, the cake is cut and removed from the mold easily, does not break.

It remains to decorate the cake with a rubbed chocolate bar and here it is - a delicious beauty) In general, this cake gives a lot of room for variations:

  • You can make the colors on the contrary: take white cookies, add cocoa to the cream and decorate the cake with icing sugar on top,
  • You can increase the number of ingredients and make the cake taller,
  • You can sandwich the cake with slices of banana or kiwi ...
